Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Begin with shredded chicken, diced onion, green bell pepper and chopped spinach


roll out raw dough in a baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes


Let cool and add your favorite barbecue sauce and some parmesan cheese


Top with ingredients listed above


Bake for about 10 minutes more at 425F


Recipe:

Crust:
1 1/3 cups water
4 tbsp dry milk
6 tbsp butter, cut up into small pieces
1 whole egg and 1 white
4 cups packed flour
2 tsp salt
5 tbsp sugar
3 tsp yeast

I use a bread machine but I've also hand made this recipe.

If hand making it, you would knead the ingredients above, let rest for about five minutes, knead it again until a good ball forms. Cover and let the dough rest and rise for about an hour.

Toppings:
2 Chicken thighs, boiled and shredded
1/2 cup diced onion
1 whole diced green bell pepper
1 cup chopped spinach

Optional toppings:
Diced olives, fetta cheese, diced sweet tomatoes, mmm, mmm, mmm.
