Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.
serving size depends on size of pumpkin + effort involved in gathering seeds.
Before they go into the oven, clean and dry seeds, coat in butter and salt. Then sprinkle with paprika.
Roast for one hour at 350F.
Pumpkin seeds, cleaned and dry
Place clean and dry seeds in a bowl, use enough melted butter and salt to coat the seeds.
Spread seeds on baking sheet, sprinkle with paprika (and a little extra salt if you'd like)
Roast seeds in the over for one hour at 350F degrees.
Let cool. Enjoy.
